Possibly the worst hotel in the area. My room was dirty, moldy and rusty, with mosquitoes everywhere. There was something smeared on the walls, and the bed linen was stained. When I asked to change rooms, they said none were available and wouldn’t refund me, so I had to find another hotel.

T&T gave me a great 6-night stay. The two women and one man working there made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and were always smiling and helpful with my requests. My room was simple and clean, with a large balcony and a table and chairs. Everything worked fine, and the value for money was excellent. It’s a five-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. I’ve got nothing bad to say about T&T, and I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Phu Quoc. Thank you!

T & T has a sauna, in-room massage and spa. The place was very clean and centrally located, with bars and restaurants just across the road and the beach nearby. Customer service was very good, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating, with someone available at the front desk.

A comfortable, very affordable hotel in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, close to the beaches and main street. The staff were friendly and kind, especially Mohammed, who was extremely helpful.

This was a terrible hotel. We had booked and paid in advance, but when we arrived they said there was no room and claimed we hadn’t booked. We had reservations at three hotels during our 10-day trip, and the other two were fine. The place smelled bad, there were lots of animals in the room, and the sheets were dirty and looked awful. They offered us a room that cost 8 times more. The hotel has a very bad reputation.
