We reported the air conditioner at 9 p.m., since it wasn't working at all. Instead of fixing it, they said we were using the wrong mode. After an hour of waiting, we had to report the problem again, and only got another room around 11:15 p.m. They still blamed us for being "too late" and didn't even apologize. They first tried to move us into a smaller room, too.

The owners kindly kept my rental moto inside the building at night so it would be safe. The price is reasonable, and the location is good, very close to the night market.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and renting motorbikes there was a plus. My only complaint, without wanting to sound too much like a brat, is that sometimes the shower takes a long time to get hot. Everything else more than made up for that. It's one of the nicer affordable hotels I've stayed at in SE Asia, and I'd easily stay again.
