Triland

We were moved between rooms during our two-night stay, which meant packing up before going out and returning to a different room in the evening. The receptionist was friendly and moved our belongings while we were away, and we received 100k off for the replacement room, but the change still put a damper on things. The hotel said before check-in that the sea-view room we had booked had a plumbing issue and would only be ready the next day. The first room was on level 1 and had a balcony. Our level 2 sea-view room had no balcony and only a small view of the sea, with mostly the neighboring building's rooftop in sight. We could still watch the 9:30 pm fireworks. The location was good, close to the night food street and cable car station.

The service was really helpful and friendly, and the staff understood English quite well. I’d happily look for this hotel again if I return to Vietnam 😊 I expected a small hotel with a small room, but the room was spacious, very comfortable, and clean, with lovely surroundings. It’s on Positano Street and worked well for a vacation, a short trip, or a stopover, especially for visiting Kiss Bridge or the Cable Car.

The staff were attentive and friendly from check-in and made me feel at home. My room was spotless, with a cozy, charming feel. It’s a small hotel, but everything fits together well. 5/5.

We loved Phu Quoc, and Triland Hotel made us want to come back! The room was very clean and had all the essentials. The place is beautiful and much nicer than we expected, and the staff were so friendly. Thanks so much to Triland Hotel and Wyn Nguyen ❤️
