VinHolidays Fiesta Phu Quoc

Our room was booked for two guests, but we were one adult traveling with two children, aged 6 and 9. Since the children could share the existing beds and we didn’t need an extra bed, I asked whether the 6-year-old could stay without an extra charge. The hotel wouldn’t make an exception or accommodate us, which made the experience feel unwelcoming for a family with young children. I understand there are occupancy policies, but I would have appreciated a more flexible, customer-oriented approach. Based on this, I wouldn’t call the hotel particularly child-friendly.

Grand World Place is right behind Vinholiday hotel, which was one of the best parts of our stay. It felt like a different world, and the whole experience was amazing. We’re from India and visited Vinholiday on our honeymoon. The place is beautiful and very well maintained, with stunning views, fun rides and attractions, and plenty to see and do. Everything was organized well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and made lovely honeymoon memories. It’s a great place for couples, families, and friends. If you visit Vietnam, VinWonders in phuquoc is a must-see.

The staff’s extremely rude behavior affected our stay. They spoke disrespectfully and showed little interest in helping guests. Customer service matters in hospitality, and this hotel fell short. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make a serious improvement to the staff’s attitude.

We spent a week here in March and had an amazing time. The rooms were spacious, service was good, and the staff were courteous and helpful with our requests. Breakfast was a good buffet with plenty of options if you don’t have dietary restrictions, though Indian vegetarians may find it a bit challenging. The children’s play area was a plus for us. The property is very close to Grand World, and regular shuttle buses made it easy to get to the main attractions.
