We had to spend two nights here after our schedule changed, and the hotel wasn't as nice as it claimed. I wrote a review before and couldn't find it anywhere. It could use renovations. Breakfast was included, but there was just one older man there. He made three over-easy eggs with a big pile of dry bread. The fridge didn't work, and there was a big party downstairs somewhere with karaoke going on until the middle of the night.

The location is good, though the hotel is old.

The staff didn't help make the stay any better, and I wouldn't recommend this place. Our room was awful: there was lots of mold under the bathroom paint, and the mattress felt like a hard wooden board, almost like a box spring. It seemed like a questionable way to sell discounted rooms on Agoda, perhaps expecting guests to pay extra to move to another room.

It's right in the center, which made it easy to get around, find food, and take care of work. After a long day, the clean, tidy, airy and quiet rooms were a nice place to come back to. The price felt fair for what we got. Staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to help, and check-in was quick and easy. A dependable place to stay in Quang Ngai. I'll be back and would recommend it to friends and family! 👍✨

We stayed here for a wedding this year. It's right in the center, with lots of places to eat nearby and Vincom close too. The hotel has been around a long time and feels a little old, but the staff are lovely and keen to help 👍🏻
