Angsana Quan Lan Ha Long Bay Hotel & Resort

The location was close to everything but still quiet, and the warm feeling throughout the hotel made the stay especially nice. My room was roomy, spotless, and had a lovely design, so it felt comfortable like home. There were lots of fresh choices at breakfast, and it was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with whatever I needed. I had a wonderful time and will come back, and tell my friends about the place. Thank you all ❤️

The beach just outside the resort was beautiful and very clean, and our room had a view we could have kept looking at. It was spacious and spotless too, and the location worked really well for us. My family and I felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The people at Market Place were friendly and enthusiastic, and made each meal enjoyable. The food was fantastic, and breakfast had a great variety. Mr. John took good care of us at checkout and made the end of the stay easy and pleasant. We’ll definitely come back.

The chef's Indian food had authentic flavors and was delicious, which made us feel at home. We also found the staff warm, attentive, and professional throughout. At Angsana Quan Lan, our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the peaceful location made for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for the hospitality, food, and overall experience.

The hotel is beautifully placed, with views across both sides of the island. Mr. Kien Nguyễn was really helpful when suggesting activities, and knows a lot about Vietnam's luxury hotel business. The staff were very professional. Banyan Group is one of the best!
