Tian made the stay especially enjoyable. He runs the place and was so welcoming and thoughtful about making sure I had a good time in Quy Nhon. I even met some of his friends, who were great too. The guest-house is only a few minutes from the beach, with plenty of cafes and places to eat nearby, including a food street right next door. Rooms are simple but have the essentials, like WiFi, air-conditioning and a private bathroom, and there’s a rooftop spot to relax. The price is good for the location, and the lobby downstairs is quite a work of art. I had a really nice stay and would come back to Quy Nhon.

The price was reasonable, the place was comfortable, and the host warmly welcomed my family from New Zealand.

We arrived expecting the Booking price of $8, but were charged $10. The room was dirty, and the bathroom smelled of urine, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was even a used toothbrush left by a previous guest. This place is a scam.

The place is well looked after, the staff are really friendly, and it's close to both the beach and food.
