An Ngan Phu Hotel

The location is really good, but that's about the only positive for me. For foreigners, I wouldn't book this hotel. We stayed two nights, booking two rooms for the first night through Booking and the second night at reception. After checkout, the hotel cancelled our Booking reservation and said we hadn't stayed there. Really? We only slept there, from 5-7.07.22, so what are they saying we damaged? The room was small, a little too small, and smelled really bad. We told the receptionist, who said it had been cleaned, even though we were away and our things were still in the room. We also rented scooters. One had an engine failure, and we waited three hours for help on the highway. We didn't get our gas money back either. That wasn't nice. If you're thinking of booking here, don't.

The service was excellent and professional, with no fake smiles, and the accommodation was good for a competitive price. A few details could be improved, like replacing the soap and shampoo. Still, it's reliable and totally worth it.

The location was fantastic, near the beach and within walking distance of the market area, where I found tasty vegetarian food. The room was spacious, well ventilated, and had a clean bed and comfortable bathroom accessories. I got a very cheap Agoda deal for two nights, so I have no complaints about the price I paid. The gentleman at reception spoke sophisticated English, so communication was no problem.

A good budget hotel in the center, with easy parking that made getting in and out quick and convenient. Being central also meant I could walk to places.
