My bus got into town late, and the hotel I’d booked wasn’t answering the phone or door. I tried several other places without getting help. Then these people stepped in. The owner let me in, spoke English, and got me out of a bad situation at 2:30 in the morning. I offered her 300,000, but she said no, 250,000. She didn’t take advantage of me when I was stuck, and I’m grateful. The rooms were clean, the staff great, and the location fantastic.

Flooding blocked the road out of town, so the staff let me keep my room a bit longer. They really went out of their way to help me make sure I could get to my bus and flight.

The rooftop bar is one of the better ones on the Vietnam coast. The hotel’s in a great spot close to the beach and plenty of shops, and it’s very nice, with lots of helpful services and amenities.

We could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and the mall. The airport shuttle will bring you right here, too. Management and staff were really friendly, offered recommendations, and arranged a motorbike rental for us. Our room was comfortable, and from the 7th floor we had an ocean view.

The staff are so polite and kind, and clearly want to give you great service. It’s in a great location. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
