The hostess was attentive and helpful, and the price felt like great value. I had a corner room with the ocean on one side and the park on the other. I loved the big glass doors and windows running from floor to ceiling, plus the enclosed balcony and bathroom/utility area. The decor was modern and minimal, with white bedding. The hotel is a little old, but it was clean, airy, and pleasant. The location is really convenient. I’d stay here again.

The price is good and the hotel is very close to the beach, but basic things were missing, including a hair dryer and hot water. I was really disappointed with the staff. They didn’t even replace the towels or toilet paper. I asked reception to fix the Wi-Fi on the fifth floor, but it still didn’t work. They said it was working, even though it was awful.

You can reach the beach in about a minute from the front door, and my room had a fantastic beach view, a balcony, air conditioning, and plenty of space. They gave me a discounted rate of 260k dong for staying multiple nights. Service was stellar, and the front desk is staffed 24/7, which is handy if you stay out late. Quy Nhon gets quiet fairly early unless you head to the bars. The place was quiet, clean, discreet, and had excellent Wi-Fi. Can't go wrong staying at thien hai.

The rooms are small, but the prices are good, and there’s an elevator. The beach is right across the road. A local market is 400m away, food shops are 200m behind the hotel, and there are cafes all around. You can hear people in the hallway, along with some outside noise.

Bad service. I'm a tour guide and sometimes book rooms here for customers traveling as couples. But when they arrive, thien hai pushes them to book tours through the hotel. So funny.
