We had a terrible experience from check-in through check-out. The rooms were awful, dirty everywhere, with insects and bugs, and a rusty shower. We booked four nights but could manage only one. We said we wanted to leave quickly and get our money back, and they agreed. But when we checked out, nobody was at reception. We waited and looked around for about 20 minutes, then gave up and left. I don't understand the high ratings. If you want a good place to stay, don't choose this hotel.

Ms. Hau was a huge help during our stay, responding quickly and supporting us with whatever we asked. Roshi is lucky to have such an exceptional manager and host. We stayed nearly two weeks and tried different room types. Most were great for the affordable price, and we especially recommend the one-bedroom unit, which works well for a family of up to five. The condotel is in a convenient spot for walking to the beach, with lots of local food nearby. One drawback is that it's in the city's tallest building, so it can get quite crowded sometimes, though there's not much Roshi can do about that. Maybe it means business is going well. Thanks again to Ms Hau for all her help. We'll be back.

The manager was very unfriendly, and there was no cleaning on the second day. The place wasn't maintained well or cleaned properly. The topper and blanket were cheap fabric that left me sweating all night. This didn't feel like a luxury stay at all.

We rented two apartments over two weeks, and everything was great. The host was great too, and the place had everything I needed as a backpacker. Great value and a great place!
