The room was a pleasant surprise: really nice, clean, and with an amazing view. The lobby, though, felt sad and lifeless, with almost no light and an unpleasant smell. The hotel is also a bit far from the center.

The breakfast tasted awesome, but they didn't refill the food, so several dishes were empty or nearly empty. The wifi was poor too. Still, the customer service treated me like I was staying at a high-end 5-star hotel.

I have no complaints. The room was nice and clean, with excellent views, good AC, and wifi. I paid about 700k per night, and it was cheaper online than booking through the hotel.

The staff are really nice, though the rooms have a musty smell and the hotel doesn't seem to have any non-smoking rooms. Hallway noise can get pretty bad too, depending on who's staying there. Between Vietnam Taste and Huong Viet hotel, there's a juice lady with good, affordable drinks. A large sugar cane juice with calomondin is 15k VND, and a regular one is 10k.
