The staff were the best part: friendly and really helpful. The buffet was okay, but the dining area's garden-style tiles gave it a poor design feel, and the pool wasn't in good shape. The water looked dirty, and I kept seeing trash at the bottom. This is supposed to be a four-star hotel, but the windows were covered with thin plastic full of bubbles, so the city view wasn't clear. Opening a window would help, but it felt low and dangerous, especially for kids who could fall out. I don't think it's a great place to stay.

There was a great ocean view from the spacious room, and breakfast had lots of buffet choices. I'd definitely stay again.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooftop pool was beautiful. The hotel is centrally located in Quy Nhon, very close to the beach, which was clearly visible from our room. The room and washroom were very clean, with well-equipped, luxurious amenities despite the hotel being older. The wood furnishings and decor gave the room a naturally fragrant smell. For families with children, adding more entertainment, such as a TV with YouTube or internet, could help attract them.

The staff were incredible and helped us out a lot. We were very happy with the service. The room was decent and clean, and I loved the wood carving. The buffet was quite good too. All in all, we were very happy.
