The staff were helpful, kind, courteous, and very professional, especially the owner. My room was extremely clean and spacious, with great air conditioning, large comfortable beds, and a modern bathroom. The hotel is only a five-minute walk from the ferry and plenty of places to eat. I stayed two nights to explore the city before boarding the ferry. It's as clean as any other place I've stayed in Vietnam, and I highly recommend it for a night or a longer stay. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful visit.

We only needed a simple, cheap room for the night before our ferry to Hon Son, and the stay turned out really well. We'd booked the wrong ferry by mistake, so the staff took us to the Superdong office and helped change our tickets. She even drove us to an electronics shop afterward so we could buy something. The service was amazingly helpful, far beyond what we expected. Highly recommended.

The mattress was spacious and very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean, the TV had internet access, and the refrigerator worked. Room 101 was 300k VND. For a guesthouse, the room felt comparable to a 2 or 3-star hotel, though bottled water wasn't provided.
