We had spacious, clean, well-kept rooms with big windows opening onto the misty hills and valley. Waking to cool mountain air and clouds drifting by felt refreshing, with beautiful mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere all around. The comfort was excellent. The staff were warm, courteous, and supportive, always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made the stay more personal. The common spaces and restaurant felt inviting and relaxing. Amazing Hotel in Sapa lives up to its name. I'd highly recommend it for comfort, great scenery, and a memorable visit.

The hotel's location is what makes it appealing. It's just behind the main street, so there's some peace and quiet while shops are still within walking distance. The rooms also had great views. The room itself was decent, though a few areas looked old or dusty. The corridors felt too dark and could use brighter lighting. Breakfast was alright.

I had a really enjoyable weekend with my Vietnamese girlfriend, and the service was excellent. When we wanted to go to Cat Cat Village, the front desk could contact their partner vendors to arrange a pickup right from the hotel.

On a rainy day, I had a body massage and facial with Ms.Thuy. Alex made me feel welcome during my visit, and I felt I was in good hands. Soft music and a relaxing massage took my mind far from everyday stress. Thuy put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The hour went by so quickly. The facial was relaxing too, and left me feeling refreshed and younger. I'd highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. It's a good location for visiting the beautiful landscapes around here. I'll come back next time.
