Bee Homestay Sapa

There’s potential here, but it wasn’t well carried out. The location is good, the mattress was the best, and breakfast was included. There’s also a bathtub. The details were disappointing: stains on the wall, dusty surfaces and dirty glasses. The AC didn’t respond, the tub was still wet from the previous guests, and the boiler didn’t work properly.

The beds were hard, but when I mentioned it, they brought lots of soft blankets to use as a mattress topper, which helped a lot. There’s a very excitable dog who was adorable in the mornings. Breakfast is included too, and the service was lovely. They even brought our bike up from the main road to their parking area. It’s a cosy place with a nice view of Sa Pa, set back from the noise and bustle of the Main Street. Good location and a hot shower. We had a lovely stay.

The rooms here are beautiful and relaxing, and the service was excellent. When I was leaving, the owner was so eager to help that she drove out to bring my things back. I can't give a perfect 100, but everyone should support this homestay.

I haven’t even stayed at Bee Homestay yet, but I already feel lucky to have chosen it. I had an important matter come up and couldn’t make it, so I asked the owner to pass my booking on to someone else. She happily agreed and updated me a few days later to say it had worked. She asked for my bank account number, and the money arrived in 30 seconds before I’d even said anything else. One word: excellent. Two words: must come. Three: absolutely must come. With service like that, I’ll be back, 1000%.
