Cat Cat View Hotel

We stayed here during a trekking tour and found the hotel clean, comfortable, and unpretentious. Our rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and large showers. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. It's a great little hotel in a quiet part of Sapa.

I miss this place and can't wait to come back. It's a simple, clean, neat spot, and the people at reception and in the buffet area were so friendly and kind. They helped us with local information, and there was a place to store our bags and a room to freshen up if travelling after checkout or arriving before check-in. Cat Cat Village, Fansipan, local markets, Sun Plaza, White Cloud Cafe, and other nice cafes are close by, as are places to rent costumes. This is just my point of view, so check other places if you need more amenities.

What made the stay especially lovely was the family, who had a great sense of service and helped us with every question and request. They arranged our cable car tickets and our trip back to Hanoi. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, the breakfast was excellent, and dinner at the restaurant was excellent too. We had a wonderful time at this family hotel. Thank you to the lovely family, and a hug to sweet baby Sam. Highly recommend this hotel.

The owner let us keep our luggage there after checkout, then gave us two hours to wait for our bus when we came back at 8PM. He even gave us four bottles of water for the trip. We arrived at 5AM from the sleeper bus and were surprised to find a room ready, with early check-in allowed at no extra cost. The hotel felt cozy and homey, our room smelled of cinnamon, and the balcony had a nice view. I've never experienced hospitality at this level. I'll definitely return if I come back to Sapa.
