Such a disappointing experience. We booked this hotel, but when we arrived to check in, they told us on the spot that a power failure meant we'd be moved to a lower-class hotel. We could see guests going in and out, and they hadn't warned us ahead of time. They ruined our holiday.

The room was just okay, and the staff were okay too. They understand a little English. Smoking is allowed inside the hotel, so expect the smell of cigarettes if you stay here.

If sleeping with rats and coming back to a room that smells like fresh paint sounds good to you, this hotel would be perfect! They painted while you were out during the day. 💕

As of today, there's no shuttle bus to the alpine coaster here. I'm not sure if it'll come back, or if I was lied to.

We were visiting from Singapore. The rooms were spacious and the location was excellent. Since we are vegetarians, the staff prepared a special breakfast for us. Receptionist Ms. Linh Trang was very helpful and went above and beyond to meet our requests.
