Hôtel de la Coupole - MGallery

The interior design at La Coupole Sapa is astonishing, with layer after layer of intricate details that feel like a labor of love. It's hard to believe a hotel like this was built in this era, especially in Sapa. The glorious pool has a classic art deco feel that takes you back to another century. Rooms are beautiful, though there's hardly any clothing storage. Service is excellent. I'd highly recommend staying at this one-of-a-kind hotel.

One night was nowhere near enough. My boyfriend had stayed here with his family and suggested it, and it went beyond what I expected. I felt safe, cared for, and welcome the whole time, and even got complimentary hot chocolate when we arrived. Everyone was so sweet and greeted us wherever we went in the hotel. Breakfast was incredible, with lots of Western and Vietnamese choices, and the location was central to everything. We ordered room service on our last night, and the food impressed me too. The staff even asked about allergies so they could meet my needs. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Sapa, and for longer. Thanks to everyone for making it the stay I hoped for! 🩷

We spent four nights here and really enjoyed it. Our Superior King room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully furnished, and the breakfasts were excellent. All the staff provided fantastic service. Being close to restaurants, local bars, souvenir shops, and the ticket counter and train station for Fansipan Peak made everything easy.

We loved the hotel's magical atmosphere throughout, and the food was delicious. I had the Beef Pho, then added pork to the pho another day. We also tried drinks and snacks at the bar, where the staff were very helpful. Before we arrived, Lenna, Nguyen, Tran, and Kylie from reservations gave us detailed information and great assistance, which let us book a complete Fansipan tour package and VIP pass ahead of time, with no queue. Mr. Peter, the General Manager, took time to welcome us and explain the hotel. The kind Front Office team helped with an early check-in after our night journey so we could freshen up, and we were also grateful for the room upgrade. Thanks as well to Huoi the bellboy and My the Concierge for helping during our stay. This really felt like the best place to stay in Sapa.
