Claire at the front desk was so kind and helpful, always smiling, and she helped us book our bus ticket to HaLong. My husband and I planned three nights here, then added one more. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the mattress heater. The shower was always hot, and the kettle, soap, and toothbrushes were thoughtful little extras. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

A great place to stay when we arrived in SaPa at night. The staff communicated well and were really helpful, including with motorbike rental. The room was good and comfortable, and even had a heated blanket. We definitely recommend it.

The staff are friendly and really helpful, and I enjoyed my stay so much. This is a new hotel, and I hope it does well. It's in a great location, with spacious, clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. There's a heated blanket, plus tea, coffee, and water in the room. They clean daily, and the bathroom is clean too, with hot water that doesn't run out and good pressure. The whole hotel is very clean. There's a lift and laundry service as well. Thank you!

We had a really comfortable room and stayed for three nights. The bed even had an electric blanket, which was lovely after a cold day in Sapa. The staff were very friendly, and they let us check in a few hours early. Thanks for the good service!

July House was a comfortable, budget-friendly place in Sapa, with genuine hospitality and no frills. My husband and I stayed for 3D2N. We arrived at 6:00 AM, and the receptionist, Claire (Trinh), greeted us warmly and let us use the shower to freshen up. The room was small but cozy and just right for a couple, with a warmer on the bed that felt especially nice in Sapa's cold weather. The bathroom was very clean. There's also an affordable shop nearby for daily essentials and snacks. It really felt like a home away from home, and was good value for money.
