Lotus Aroma Sapa Hotel

I came to Lotus Hotel to use a laptop in the business center, but it was under maintenance. Du and Dien were still really kind and helpful, sending me several places to try for computer services. Thanks so much for being so nice.

The shampoo and shower gel labels were handwritten and very hard to read. I lifted a bottle to check which was which, but its top was already loose and unsecured, so it fell and broke. I told housekeeping and reception, yet they still charged me 700,000 vietnamese dong, even though it was a housekeeping mistake. I asked to discuss it with the hotel manager, but wasn’t allowed. I hope I can get that amount refunded. There was also a power failure in my room when the MCB tripped. The staff and service were very poor, making this one of my worst hotel experiences.

Thơm made this stay feel especially welcoming. She was always smiling, incredibly kind and helpful, and made sure I had what I needed. Her warm, professional manner really made me feel at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the modern facilities were well cared for. It was quiet but still convenient. I had a wonderful time and would gladly return. Thanks to Thơm for such great service.

Du was a big part of what made my stay at Lotus Aroma Hotel so nice. They were friendly and helpful the whole time. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, just right for relaxing. Great service makes a difference. I’d happily recommend it.
