Sapa Central House

Right in the centre, with the lake and bus station just a short walk away, so the location was hard to beat. My room was spacious and very clean, the staff were friendly, and they made everything easy. Great value for the price. I really enjoyed staying here and would come back.

The service was fantastic, the staff spoke great English and knew the area well, and they were very accommodating when our schedule was delayed. We enjoyed our stay, though the rooms felt damp and cold, probably because it was winter. We stayed several days and had to ask for fresh towels, since there was no room servicing. It would’ve been nice to have the towels changed and the trash taken out. Otherwise, a good stay. Thank you!

The hostel is well placed in Sapa town, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and informative. Free breakfast was included, and they served extra coffees too. My room was cozy, with double bunk beds and decent bathrooms. I had a lovely stay.

I wasn’t staying at the hostel myself, but a friend was, and the staff let me leave my bags there before my bus. The receptionist, Jims, spoke great English and was incredibly helpful. Just before I was leaving town, I left my satchel with my passport and wallet in a taxi. Jims contacted the driver and called him to communicate on my behalf, which helped me get everything back and made a stressful situation much easier. The staff are great, the location is convenient for catching buses in or out of town, and the artwork was beautiful. I would’ve reviewed it on hostelworld, but I wasn’t a guest there.
