Nothing to fault here. The room was great, the staff were wonderful, and the location was central. It was a great price too.

We mixed up the hotels and accidentally arrived here. We liked it so much that we booked on the spot, then stayed two nights and were very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hot water worked perfectly. The reception team was kind and helpful, and let us check in at 6:45 AM, which was a relief after arriving so early. Giang deserves a special mention for being calm, kind, genuinely helpful, and speaking excellent English. Giang arranged a taxi to Ta Van Village and sorted out a good deal for our trip to Hanoi airport when I couldn't communicate with local people to buy a ticket. Giang also explained how to get to Fansipan and helped organize our tickets. Everything was easy, and our time in Sapa was wonderful and stress-free. If I get the chance to return, I'd definitely choose this hotel again. I really hope Giang is still working there. Highly recommended!
