The desk staff in the morning was great. She answered everything and was incredibly helpful. When we first arrived, the man checking us in seemed more focused on a game on his phone than on our questions, and told us to ask reception in the morning. We had a deluxe room, though it felt dated and a bit worn, with scuffs along the walls. There was an odd, unclean smell at first, but airing the room out and using a few sprays of aftershave sorted it. The toilet was okay, though showering flooded it each time since it’s more of a wet room. The hotel was good for the money, and we couldn’t complain.
