We had a peaceful stay at Mây Sapa Hotel, with lovely mountain views and a beautiful location. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. Breakfast had a tasty range of options, and the service was excellent throughout. It's also close to central Sapa, which made exploring easy. Great value, and highly recommended for a visit to Sapa!

Our room at May Sapa Hotel was spotless, and the bed was especially comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. We really enjoyed the food, especially the traditional dish, which was fresh and full of flavour. Every meal was delicious, and the restaurant service was top-notch. Thanks to our guide, Moon, whose knowledge of the area and flexibility brought the trip to life. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back. I'd highly recommend the hotel and its tours to anyone visiting!

Everyone was enthusiastic and helpful, and the service was very good. Our tour hadn't included a stop to see the terraced field, so the owner, Mr. Hậu, went out of his way to drive us there himself. Thank you very much!

The hotel is older, but it suited us well for our three-night stay. The people were lovely and welcoming, and they specially cooked food for us, which made the experience even better. Moon was a wonderful guide and cook, and took us on our tours. She's well known around the area, so you can't go wrong with her.

The rooms and facilities weren't amazing, but they were okay, and the hotel isn't the most up to date. What made the stay for me was the owners and staff. I've never met such nice, friendly people anywhere. They treated us like family from the moment we met, and I'd stay there again and again.
