The room we got that afternoon was lovely, very clean, nicely styled, and had a great view. Breakfast had a decent range of choices too. After our stay, we had a night bus back to Hanoi, and the hotel surprised us with a packed sandwich and water for the journey. We'd arrived around 7am after an overnight bus from Hanoi, too early for our room to be ready. The staff were wonderful and considerate, though. They let us leave our bags in the lobby, offered a place to take a quick shower, and gave us complimentary breakfast, so we could get on with our activities. The whole stay was amazing, and I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone going to Sapa.

We stayed in one of the lodges, a small detached house on two floors. Downstairs was a little living room; upstairs, a roomy, comfortable bedroom with an internal window you could see through into the toilet. There was a wooden bath, a walk-in shower, heated bathroom lights, a heated blanket, good air conditioning, and lots of thoughtful extras like snacks, water, and a takeaway lunch. The resort is beautiful, tucked among trees on a peaceful, secluded hill about five minutes from the centre. Breakfast was decent, with a nice selection, and the restaurant has a gorgeous city view. The reception staff and breakfast cooks and servers were all exceptionally nice and professional. It was perfect. There's even a little cat who lives there and has its bed in the coffee lounge.

Huyen and Keu, if I got his name right, made the stay especially memorable. They were friendly and accommodating, and Huyen thoughtfully packed us a delicious takeaway for the trip back to Hanoi. We were also lucky to get an upgrade. We stayed two nights, and loved the clean, cozy, spacious room and its natural wooden look. Since it was November, the heating in the room, bathroom, and shower was much appreciated. Breakfast was filling and good. From the balcony and restaurant, there was a lovely view of Sapa Square. The location was handy too, a 3-5 minute walk from Sapa Square and Sun Station, with restaurants and shops close by. We'd stay again if we get back to Sapa, and would recommend the place.

The reception team really stood out. They suggested places for us to visit, gave us bottled water without being asked, brought our laundry up, and held an umbrella while we got into a cab in the rain, among other things. The room was very clean, and the location was central to everything in town. I'd absolutely recommend it.

Mr. Vinh and Ms. Huyen deserve special mention for making us feel welcome and looked after throughout the stay. They were kind, attentive, and always ready to help, including with travel suggestions. Their care and professionalism made our visit to Sapa memorable. Pine Hill Ecolodge, Sapa, is beautiful, surrounded by lovely views and peaceful nature. It's a cozy, scenic, well-managed place, and we highly recommend it.
