We booked a night here with a trekking tour in Sa Pa. The room was huge, and the bed was massive and very comfortable. There was a safe for valuables, plus two water bottles and bananas. Food was tasty, with a nice varied breakfast and good lunch too. There were several problems, though. The bathroom was quite dirty, with a small leak leaving a puddle beside the toilet. Our room faced the back of a building with overgrown bushes and lots of rubbish, so the view was horrible. The pool and communal showers were dirty, there were no towels, and nobody at the counter to help. It also seemed odd to see a staff member using those showers during their shift. The staff's English wasn't very good, which made communication difficult.

The location worked well, with restaurants and cafés in walking distance, and some rooms have an incredible mountain view. The pool was pleasant to sit in, but it's quite small and dirty, with a strange unidentified piece floating around. The hotel and rooms look nice at first, though up close they need cleaning and repairs. Most towels and bathrobes were stained, and asking for clean ones eventually annoyed the staff. The shower never got properly hot, and staff couldn't fix it. Breakfast was good if you arrived early, but disappointing later.

A comfortable, good value stay in Sa Pa. Our room was clean and well equipped, and the air conditioning worked great. We enjoyed the nice pool and fresh breakfast, which had plenty of variety. Staff were helpful and courteous. The location was good too, near lots of restaurants and about a 10-minute walk to the lake and town center. My wife and I had a very enjoyable two-night stay last week.

We ate here twice and both meals were great. On a sunny day, the terrace view is fantastic, and dining there was quite an experience. We also used the facilities while trekking, and they stored our bags. Great location, well maintained, and we loved the place.

The lobby felt comfortable, with relaxing music, and the restaurant served delicious meals. Staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable. I stayed for one day on my birthday, and was touched to find roses waiting for me when I checked in.
