We had a room on floor 8. Of the three rooms, none could open the TV. One room had a broken air conditioner, and a bathroom door broke with my family member stuck inside. They had to climb out and call someone to fix it, and the repair took a long time. The room had a very strange smell. The food was very expensive, and guests weren't allowed to eat outside. If you ate there, you were pressured into ordering food.

The dining room was on the second floor, with a low ceiling and a stuffy feel. The food was mediocre, and for a 3-day, 2-night stay, you had to eat all three main meals at the hotel. It cost 600k VND. Lucky me, what an experience 😁 The room was small, cramped and stuffy, and the strong cleaning smell hung around for more than a day. I couldn't adjust the air conditioner to my preferred temperature, and the wall fan was very noisy. There was no hot or cold water. I heard the hotel uses solar power, but when it was my turn to shower there was no warm water, so I had to use cold water. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and at night a foul smell from another room filled the air and made it impossible to sleep.

The water situation was awful, with neither hot nor cold water, and the place was dirty. On vacation, we were told to be back before 10:30 a.m. The service was terrible, and they insulted customers.

The owner’s attitude was unacceptable. We were given just two towels for the room, and the roller door was locked when I returned late. Guests weren’t allowed to stay out past 10 pm. I won’t come back.

The boss had a bad attitude, and the staff showed no respect for customers. Both the room and service were awful. No points at all.
