It was okay.

The room was fairly clean and big for what I paid, which might have earned it three stars from me. But a loud machine was running around 9 pm, and the mattress was awful. It feels over ten years old, beat up, and so hard to sleep on. Please replace it.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and everything else was okay. Still, this stay left me sad and disappointed. My friend and I had rented it for the night and stayed up drinking until almost 2 AM, so we got up late. Around 8 or 9 AM, the cleaning lady knocked and woke us to ask when we were leaving. I'd paid for the overnight stay. If the hotel policy was 5 AM, I wouldn't have minded paying extra for a few more hours or even another day. But we hadn't checked out when they knocked and demanded more money, which was really annoying. I've rented rooms here many times, and this disturbance and early extra charge were a letdown.

What a disgusting hotel! When I checked in, the receptionist quoted 300,000 dong for one day, and I paid for that day's room. The next day, when I went to pay for day two, suddenly it was 550,000 dong per day. I argued with the receptionist, whose attitude was terrible. This hotel cheats tourists, and all the prices you see online are fake! I'll report it to the public security authorities and consumer protection agencies. I've seen many negative reviews about this hotel online. Random price hikes and sudden increases shouldn't happen. I advise against staying here. It's disgusting.
