There's plenty of parking for cars, and the location is great. The place feels spacious and airy, and it's clean and beautiful. Staff are very helpful.

For the quality of service, the room rate seemed reasonable. I felt the whole stay was worth the money.

Everyone, this is on the 3rd floor. The old room was terrible: the faucet was broken, the door wouldn't lock, and the lighting was poor. It was still very cold inside, but the air conditioner wasn't a two-way unit, so I couldn't turn it on. I had terrible nightmares at night and found the place haunting.

It took 40 minutes to get hot water in the cold season, and the shower head in the VIP room was broken and should have been replaced. The male staff member was impolite when speaking to guests. They need to pay more attention to detail.

It's easy to get to Bac Ninh city center from the hotel. Its location is convenient for business or leisure.
