The location is pretty good, with lots of places to eat nearby, and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. Our room was nice and clean, the AC worked fine, and the cooking facilities helped make the stay worthwhile. The bathroom and shower weren't very clean, though, and I had to rinse the floor when I arrived. The water heater worked, but not very well. The night porter didn't seem especially keen on the job and brought us the wrong bed linen three times in a row. This homestay isn't bad, but his absent-mindedness and lack of service-mindedness bring my rating down to three stars. The location and nice room kept it from being a two-star stay.

Nothing else in Tuy Hoa has come close for me. Best homestay by far!

We liked the place so much that we added another night. The owners were lovely, helpful, and spoke good English. The rooms were pretty, comfortable, and clean. It's a quiet neighborhood, with little streets lined with trees and flowers.
