Not good.

A really good homestay.

The shared living room and kitchen are spacious, with plenty of room to cook, and the hours are flexible. The location is handy too, close to the square and beach, so getting around is easy. I felt safe there. I’ve stayed three times now. I’m quite particular, so I waited until after those visits to write this. The owner and her husband are so warm and welcoming. They’ve recommended tasty, affordable places to eat and visit each time, and by my third stay they treated me like family. I was nervous about my first booking through Agoda, worried I’d end up in a bad room, but the room was great and the owners made me feel at home. I was very satisfied. For my second and third visits, I called the owner directly. Each time the bedroom was clean and tidy, with plenty of shampoo, body wash, towels and toothpaste. The air conditioning and water heater both worked. The owner also rents cars. She got one for me right away for a short outing, and arranged a rental when I wanted to travel farther. The price was reasonable, the car was new, and it made getting around easy.

I’m so grateful to the hostess. We came from another province to help with flood relief in her area, and she welcomed groups like ours so warmly. The homestay is small, but it feels full of kindness. When we had no water to wash our faces, she thoughtfully brought us buckets of water. I’m extremely thankful to her. Wishing her good health and lots of guests in this warm place. 🥰🙏
