The bathroom was a bit nasty in the corners and crevices, and the bed was rock hard, which made sleeping rough for me. Still, it was a decent experience for a good price, with helpful people and a relaxed atmosphere. There’s free motorbike parking in the garage, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. A day market for fresh produce is right around the hotel too. A good stop when travelling north or south.

I enjoyed taking short walks around town and meeting local people. At the hotel, the receptionist greeted us warmly and was friendly and enthusiastic. I knew no Vietnamese and she spoke only a little English, but we both tried our best to communicate, which was part of the fun of travelling. I thought the price was just right.

Tamatabi 20240806 I travel by bicycle and like to stay in cheap hotels, but the room still needs to be clean. I paid 250 for this room, and found it very dirty. I was afraid I'd chosen the wrong hotel. Have a nice trip.

We got there quite late, but the sites and walking area were nice.
