Tru by Hilton Viet Tri City Centre was a really pleasant place to stay. It’s modern, clean, and well located, and my room was spotless and comfortable. I had no problems during my stay, and the breakfast had a good selection of fresh food. Once I’d settled in, the staff were friendly and helpful, and made the atmosphere feel warm. Thanks to the team. At arrival, though, I wasn’t welcomed as a Diamond member, and the first interaction felt cold. That stood out against the rest of the stay. The same staff member was lovely later while I was sitting in reception, so it may have been an oversight. A warmer check-in would make a real difference. It would also help to keep bacon and other pork items separate in the breakfast area to prevent cross-contamination, since many guests don’t eat pork. Clear labels would be useful too. Even with those small issues, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. Thank you, Tru by Hilton Viet Tri, for a memorable visit.

The staff made me feel welcome with how polite, friendly, and helpful they were. My room was bright, clean, and comfortable, with a modern, cozy feel. The bed was very comfortable too, and everything was ready, including strong Wi-Fi and effective air conditioning. I had a relaxing, enjoyable stay at Tru by Hilton Viet Tri City Centre and would happily return.

After a long flight, this hotel is a nice, quiet place to stay, about 1Hour from HANOI airport. The staff are all welcoming, friendly, and professional, especially Ms.Yen 🤍. I recommend it.

I’ve stayed at a few Tru by Hilton hotels in Vietnam, and this one has the biggest, brightest lobby I’ve seen. The rooms are new, modern, smartly designed, and especially tidy. For booking, contacting the hotel directly through its website, email, or phone is the best way. Breakfast is FREE for all guests, and the Wi-Fi is fast.
