As a total beginner, I took two hours of lessons each day for five days with Max and only wished I could stay longer. The school has more than 10 coaches and staff, and the founder Phi built the lagoon into a world-class place for beginners and pros starting in 2016. They're easy to reach on WhatsApp and can sort out transport, scooters, rooms, and lessons. Gear and water clothing are included in the lesson price, so just bring sunscreen and running shorts. Bring a windbreaker too, since it's windy all the time. I'd contact them before booking a flight: the wind is consistent, but depending on the moon cycle, the tide may not be high enough for beginners. I'd definitely go back.

I only had half a day for kiting, so I asked about instructor availability and got a reply within 10 minutes. We arranged a lesson that same day. The 90-minute session in the sea was exciting and really positive, with excellent instruction and a friendly atmosphere. Prompt response, great service, and super quality training. Thanks to Phi and Kas for a great experience. Next time I need to come for a week.

I rented a kite there for a week and everything went smoothly. The equipment was top quality, and I got to try all the Duotone models and sizes. Matt, Andrea, and the instructors were all super nice. I definitely recommend it.

We spent four nights here, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The facilities and instructors were very good. When there wasn't any wind, we were able to go surfing instead. I'd love to come back for a longer stay. Thanks, Phi and team!

Phi is family! We had a magical week, learned to kite with great licensed instructors, and loved the community and vibe. The food was great and the beer was cold. Couldn't ask for more.
