FLC Luxury Resort Vinh Phuc

Breakfast was the only good part. The location is good, but the resort isn’t maintained properly. Our room was in the third and poorest category, and water dripped from the ceiling. The wardrobe was broken inside, with plywood coming out. The mattresses were hard, and after one night I had back pain and couldn’t sleep easily. Several facilities were unavailable: the Ecofarm and fish pond were closed, and the bird farm had moved and was closed. The billiards cues had no tips, so we couldn’t enjoy playing. We asked for help to play golf, but nobody responded. The food and charges were another letdown. A stale sandwich came with a dirty napkin. I returned it but was still charged. The hot chocolate was awful, and I paid for it too. How can they call FLC a luxury resort? It was the worst. I booked two nights but left after one, and got no refund or anything back. Don’t plan to come here.

It’s a great place to get away from busy Hanoi, especially on a Sunday when it seems much quieter and feels like a real change of scenery. The food was better than I expected, and the staff were very attentive and family friendly. There’s a playground and an indoor play area for children.

There’s nothing particularly special here, but the effort deserves a score of 10. The project has turned rural countryside into a new destination and created jobs for indigenous people. It could work well for a wedding or M.I.C.E. reunion, though perhaps only as a one-day event. According to the project plan, the theme park will need a few more years to finish. Good luck.

We spent our Tet holiday at Vinh Thinh Resort with the family, and it was wonderful. The staff were friendly, the room was cozy, and the food was tasty. The children were excited when we visited Duong Lam Village. We’ll keep choosing this resort for our weekends.
