Awful checkout. They were so busy trying to get the money back that they forgot my documents, and I nearly missed my flight.

I arrived in Vinh from Hanoi at 11:30 PM after booking a room through the TVLK app, only to be told at check-in that there were no rooms. When I asked what they could do, the receptionist was curt and said, "I don't know, contact the app yourself." They left me to sort it out because I'd booked through the app. The hotel's handling of app bookings was ineffective, and I've never dealt with receptionists this unprofessional.

The rates were quite reasonable, though the hotel was showing some wear.

The old furniture and unusable Wi-Fi were obvious within half an hour. The receptionist acted like a gangster and demanded the full price. After I argued, they knocked 100k off 😏. They also made me hand over my ID card to keep. What a rubbish hotel 😏
