I was happy with my stay. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable, with good AC, and the price was reasonable. The staff spoke a little English and were kind and helpful. You can rent motorbikes right at the hotel.

My single room was 350k VND, not including drinks, and the hot shower worked fine. Since I stayed in winter, I didn't use the air conditioning. The hotel was quite clean, though parking was a little cramped because it's in an alley.

For just 250k a night, the room was clean and smelled lovely, and the service was thoughtful, friendly, and enthusiastic. The water was clean with no chlorine smell. I thought the TV was broken, but the receptionist brought me the remote and it worked. The road was narrow, yet our group still got into the house in a 16-seat car. I'd stay here again next time.

The night shift staff handled things carelessly, gave the customer the wrong amount, and didn't focus on customer service.
