The way the owner spoke to us was really disappointing. We called to book an apartment room for Friday at 8 PM through Sunday morning, and were told one was available. Rain delayed us until 9 PM, but the room wasn't ready, so we agreed to use a regular room temporarily while they prepared it, supposedly within 30 minutes. On Saturday at noon, reception asked whether we were checking out that day, saying the boss had told them we were. We were surprised since our booking was through Sunday. The owner then insisted we'd booked only until Saturday, saying the schedule was full and the hotel didn't accept weekend bookings. I tried to explain politely, but she abruptly hung up. Shortly after, reception said there was no similar apartment available. We paid as agreed and tried to sort it out politely, especially since it had been a long time since our last visit to Vung Tau. The disrespectful treatment upset us, so we checked out right away. If you book here, be very clear about your dates or you could be asked to leave.

The owner later insisted I'd said we were staying just Friday night, not through Sunday, and said they couldn't take Saturday and Sunday bookings because the weekend was full. She kept blaming me in an unfriendly way, then abruptly hung up. Soon after, staff said every room was booked and we had to leave, despite just mentioning a vacant room we could switch to. It felt like they were pushing customers out. I hope they reconsider their service attitude. Thank you.

I felt disrespected, so we paid for a full day's stay and left immediately. I'd booked through Zalo almost a month ahead, after the owner was very helpful, and paid a 200k VND deposit. A week before arriving, I messaged to confirm and she agreed. But on arrival day, she said the balcony room I'd booked had gone to a monthly tenant. I accepted a room without a balcony because there was no other choice. About an hour later, she said she'd move us to a different hotel she owned. I thought that was too much trouble and suggested staying put, but she then said our current room was booked for the next day. The other hotel was full that day too, and wouldn't have a room until tomorrow. I paid the quoted price without bargaining, and still got treated this way.

A convenient, affordable spot in the area. The hotel is clean and close to the beach, Xom Luoi market, and the Ward Thang Tam entertainment center.
