The shower pressure was low, so it wasn’t comfortable. The host service was bad.

The staff’s attitude seemed dishonest. They couldn’t explain why the customer’s booking had been canceled, even though the customer hadn’t contacted them. At check-in, they said the room had to be changed, and said the guest could stay if they accepted the hotel’s price.

The room was clean and the owner was friendly. But there was no toilet paper, no cup for brushing teeth, no hair dryer, and no bedside lamp. The Wi-Fi was much too strong.

Bad experience. They canceled the guest’s booking and seemed to use misleading calls to make fake proof of cancellation, without showing how many minutes had been called. They asked the guest to stay in a different room at a price set by the hotel. Staff attitude and service quality were poor.
