Everything felt new, and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great, too. I stayed for a week and would definitely return. Really good value for the price.

The rooms are clean enough for a comfortable stay, and the price seems reasonable compared with other places. The location also makes it fairly easy to get around nearby areas. I read that there are about 23 rooms, with nightly rates usually somewhere between 350,000 and 950,000 VND depending on the room type. The furnishings don't feel especially new, and sound carries through the rooms. The facilities and service are fairly basic and nothing really stands out. With some improvements to those areas and the guest experience, this could be better. For a short stay or budget trip, though, it's an okay option for the price.
