Hai Long Hotel

The staff gave us enthusiastic support, and I want to thank the hotel's human resources department. It's a place I'd stay at again whenever I travel, and I'd visit if I get the chance. Guest room 603.

The pool was cleaned almost every day, and the security guard was so helpful that I might come back partly because of him. He even warned us to wait a little before swimming because the pool was being cleaned and might make us itchy. Watch out for scam Fanpages too, and check the hotline number so you don’t get scammed. We were four people, and the room cost 300 each. It was beautifully appointed, with a full-length mirror, a lit mirror, a basin outside the bathroom that saved the ladies time, a good-quality bed and curtains, a bed runner, and lots of coat hooks. The balcony was spacious. The pool was another plus, as were luggage storage before check-in and being only two minutes from the beach. The street had plenty of food and convenience stores, and Nghinh Phong Cape was just two minutes away for sunrise. There were some drawbacks: the soundproofing was poor, there was no direct sea view, and swimming felt a little awkward because the pool is right beside the parking lot. I wish there were a thin curtain there.

There’s no private parking, and the available parking area has no protection or shade, which was inconvenient. My balcony room also had a small balcony. On the plus side, the bathroom was clean and they let us store our things before check-in for free. The hotel is on a busy street with lots of traffic and people, so it gets noisy. It may suit someone who likes a lively atmosphere.

Right beside the market, with the beach just across the road, so the location is convenient. The reception staff were helpful, and the security guards were friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms are new, small, and clean. The pool is tiny, really only suitable for children, and it didn’t look very clean.
