The three-star listing on Booking.com made us feel comfortable bringing the family, but check-in was a shock. The room was in awful shape and VERY DIRTY. Even the soft blankets were dusty and yellow, with black marks, sand, and hair on them.

I've never had a room booking go this badly. I’m careful about checking service before I reserve, and I even called the day before. The hotel confirmed everything, but when I arrived today the receptionist said there were no rooms, took no responsibility, and seemed really annoyed. Avoid this guesthouse.

My first stay was okay, but the second time was awful. I had booked ahead and still found no room when I arrived. They said I’d have to wait two hours, wouldn’t lower the price, argued with me, and then told me to look elsewhere. I wouldn’t go back to a place like this.
