The owners were so warm and friendly. The hotel was reasonably priced and quite close to the beach, too.

It's in a good location, but the rooms have a musty smell. The receptionist was really unpleasant to talk to.

The owner was lovely, and getting to the beach on foot was easy. My room had a little sand in it and a faint watery smell, but it was still okay. The refrigerator was old and took a while to cool things. For a reasonable price, it was a good stay for families or students.

The Wi-Fi was strong, and the hotel was near the beach and town square. The room itself was just average: the toilet wasn't nice, and cable TV had no internet access. The air conditioner worked well, though the fan vibrated.

For 250k VND a night, a spacious balcony room with a great view and a spot near the beach felt like a real bargain. There's air conditioning and a fan, and the mattress is thick and warm. A couple of little things were missing: no plastic trash bags, so bring your own, and there wasn't a chair at the dressing table. Otherwise, everything was great.
