We had to leave in the middle of the night with our two young children because the room was unbearably hot, though we did get a refund. The air conditioning wasn't merely weak as advertised, it was completely broken, and there was no hot water in the toilet. The room cost 2,500,000 VND, and the staff deliberately misrepresented its condition to get us to book. Their attitude was terrible.

I was quoted 900k at first, then, when I checked out and left before I arrived, they asked for another 100 or 200k. The room was poor: broken air conditioning and TV, no hot or cold water, and a refrigerator that didn't get cold. This was a one-time stay for me, no next time.

The bathroom was extremely dirty, and the refrigerator and air conditioner were broken. The TV didn't work either. This was an old, dirty hotel with a high price and unsatisfactory customer service. I won't return. First time and last time.

The most frustrating part was the water, which was always cold, never hot. They say they use solar water heaters, but I thought they must use moon water heaters since it seems to heat only once a month. The toilets are filthy and clogged, the air conditioners are outdated, and you can hear a lottery ticket vendor calling downstairs even from a room on the 4th floor. Rooms are poor for the price. It feels like the hotel is only open to make money, with probably no renovation, like a one-time investment. Anyone who stays will get ripped off.
