The room stinks, the renovation is poor, and the elevator is shabby, with cheap, flimsy materials all around. I paid 800k a night and felt scammed. The address was listed as being on the beach road, but it isn't. There are plenty of nearby 500k options that offer much better value, so don't trust the reviews here or Agoda.

The balcony felt old and unsafe, and the room was hard to sleep in. The air conditioner was terrible and nothing worked. The mattress was uncomfortable, with a plastic cover that made a terrible noise. Furniture and sink were old and ugly, and the windows were dirty, old, ugly, and let in outside noise. Giving us earplugs isn't a normal solution, it's only good for camping.

The room rate was fine, but it was disappointing that no one told customers the front door isn't available now.

We booked through Booking.com, but when we reserved a second night the desk employee told us booking on site was cheaper, so we saved a few dollars that way. We'd stay here again if we're in the area. Our group of friends stayed in March 2025. I had the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View, while our friends had a different room. At about $20 USD a night, it was good for the price. The room had AC and faced the beach across the street, so the balcony had a pretty view. The room was decent overall and seemed recently renovated. The shower took a long time to warm up, and the bathroom smelled like sewer, though closing the door kept the smell from reaching the room. The bed was kind of hard, and there was no in-room safe.
