We got in late to Vung tao and only planned to sleep one night before moving to a better hotel. The first room they gave us was dirty, but staff quickly moved us to a bigger, nicer one with a balcony and sea view. Honestly, this hotel was fine, since we spent most of the day out anyway. The staff don’t speak English at all, but it was still okay.

Vendors are making the pollution worse and trying to make people pay for parking. It feels like a scam.
