Seaside Resort

The manager's response was the most disappointing part. When we asked reception to speak with them about the problems, we were told the room issues weren't their fault and asked what we expected them to do while they were fixing things. It didn't feel professional or customer focused. We had booked a villa, but nearly every room had something wrong with the electricity, doors, fridge, or air conditioning. Nothing worked properly, and it seemed no one had checked before check-in. We spent a lot of time calling reception and waiting for staff to come sort things out.

The peaceful setting and nearby seafood restaurants were the best parts of our two-night stay at Seaside Resort. The property felt a bit run down, though, and getting to our room meant climbing lots of stairs. The path was dark at night because the street lamps weren't on. Breakfast was a very small buffet, perhaps because there weren't many guests. Our room also got quite noisy in strong wind: the windows wouldn't close securely, and the sound disturbed our sleep.

I loved the bathroom most, especially the bathtub, where I could soak and look out at the scenery. It was laid out in three separate areas for different uses. The room was spacious, clean, and pretty, with a balcony view surrounded by mountains, the sea, and the city.

Coming back to the quieter resort after exploring the busier parts of the city was lovely, with sea views and a breeze. We rented a motorbike there to get around. It's also a good spot for couples, close to nice food and drinks, and within walking distance of the cable line to the theme park.
