I won't book here again. I paid through Agoda, but when I arrived the hotel couldn't find my reservation. They hadn't even checked with Agoda, and staff blamed me instead of the hotel. I've never been treated this way before, and it was a really unpleasant experience. I especially can't forgive the attitude of the young female staff member. Now I understand why the rating is two stars.

The location is great, right in the city center, and there's a popular, delicious sponge cake shop nearby. It was cheap, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was only acceptable, though, and I found two huge roaches wandering around the room. I hate roaches. There was also a lewd picture in the bathroom, which felt awkward with my two-year-old kid there. Maybe that would suit a love hotel, especially with the pink LED lights around the bed, but that wasn't what I was looking for.

Lots of handy places like minimarts and restaurants are nearby, and the hotel is in central Vũng Tàu. The beach is about 700 meters away. Weekend prices are higher than on other days.

The staff were very nice, and the hotel was clean. Our room was fairly spacious and had no bad smell. There was parking for the car. It's near the market, though the beach is a bit far, around a 20-minute walk.

This place is overrated and needs serious renovation, especially the bathroom, hallways, and walls. There was no light in the hallway, and the windows were broken. We had booked a triple room.
