The old furniture had a smell, and the pictures in the bedrooms made the place feel even more unsettling. I felt uneasy as soon as I went in and while I was staying there. I’m sure there’s something spiritual going on.

It’s quiet and not crowded, with a nice sunset view. The price is reasonable, and you can rent a bike from the security guys in the parking area.

The view was good, but it’s far from infrastructure. We rented an apartment from this woman, and it was quite expensive by local standards. In the last week, she told us to pay another $550 or leave, even though we’d already paid. She wouldn’t give us documents showing she’d taken the money and called the police. When we left the building, the cleaners stole a large bag of shampoos and hygiene products, plus a bag of fishing gear. There was mold on the walls.

It’s an older apartment, but the view is a nice bonus.

The design is poor, there’s no TV, and it’s far from the city center and facilities.
